For the last twenty nine years, Joseph Winans has believed in giving back to the community. Joe, Frances and Jimmy have served directly in the following organizations: United Way, Wilderness Trials, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Providence Hospital Foundation Board & Festival of Trees, Medford Rotary and Rogue Valley Manor Foundation Board. Joe Pedrojetti was also a Volunteer Varsity Football Coach at North Medford for 8 years.

In 1996, the Pedrojetti family turned a portion of its furniture warehouse into a boxing gym for at-risk youth. In 1997, the Pedrojetti family founded the Bulldog Boxing Education Foundation, a 501(c) non-profit organization. Through amateur boxing, kids learn important values, such as respect for self and others, discipline, and the importance of setting and achieving goals through hard work. The Bulldog Boxing Club’s motto is “Making Champions In and Out of the Ring.” Over the last 11 years, the Pedrojettis have been able to make a positive impact on over a thousand children's lives.
