Description: Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner. Understand and identify the customer’s needs and fulfill their expectations through keen knowledge of products and excellent customer service. Prior experience in sales is helpful, but not required. We provide state of the art training.
Required Skills
- excellent people skills
- furniture product knowledge
- ability to handle each transaction through customer pickup or delivery and follow-up
- basic PC skills
- work well with all employees and customers
- Schedule may include weekends.
